Here are a few things you may want to know.
Application:
Please avoid applying to sensitive areas (eg. mixing in with moisturizer and apply to face)
If you have sensitive skin, scent lockets and aroma stones are recommended.
Please do not put our perfume oils in diffusers. The carrier oils may damage the device.
Sprays are recommended to be applied on shoulders, chest and clothing. Do no apply on light coloured clothes, they may stain.
Press down the sprayer firmly, let the perfume vaporize and wave your handkerchief/ pocket square into the mist.
Labels:
For 3ml, 5ml and peculiar shaped bottles, label with names of the perfume are at the bottom of the bottle.
Packaging:
3ml or bigger bottles are individually wrapped in gift boxes. (The only exception being complete Bibliothek collection)
5ml sprays are presented in velvet pouches.
1ml samples will be grouped and presented in mini envelopes, maximum 8 in each envelope. They will be grouped randomly when not specified.
If you request for 1ml samples to be packaged separately in extra envelopes, 2 HKD will be charged for each envelope.
Turn around time:
For items in stock, they will be shipped out within 3 days.
When out of stock, production time is maximum 2 weeks.
